The Vapid Liberator returns as the centerpiece of the "Thrillbilly Mud Club". Unlike the GTA V version which floated over terrain, the new physics engine ensures the massive chevron tires actually dig into the mud.
It is strictly an off-road specialist. On asphalt, it's clumsy and loud. In the Grassrivers , it is the apex predator.
