The Leonida Highway Patrol (LHP) considers themselves the elite of state law enforcement. Unlike the Sheriff's deputies who deal with mud, LHP deals with asphalt and high-speed chases.
In GTA VI, the LHP AI is specifically tuned for precision driving. They utilize spike strips more frequently than other agencies and work in tandem to box in fleeing vehicles at high speeds.
