Agency Profile

The Leonida Department of Corrections (DOC) is responsible for housing the state's most dangerous criminals. In Vice City, the prison system is a faction of its own, with internal politics and corruption running rampant.

Correctional officers are equipped with carbines and stun guns. They are less tactical than NOOSE but possess overwhelming numbers within the prison walls. Inmate transport convoys are frequent random events on the highway.
