URBAN PEST
Found everywhere in Vice City. "Flying Rats".
While flamingos get the glamour shots, the Rock Pigeon provides the grit. These birds are ubiquitous in the urban canyons of Vice City, adding necessary movement and life to sidewalks, power lines, and statues.
Infamous in GTA IV as the "Flying Rat" collectibles, pigeons in GTA 6 appear to be part of the ambient wildlife system. They react dynamically to pedestrians, scattering in a flurry of wings when a car speeds by or a gunfight breaks out.
