PASSIVE
Protected species. Entirely harmless to humans.
The Manatee, often affectionately called the "Sea Cow," is a hallmark of Leonida's coastal conservation efforts. They inhabit warm, shallow estuaries, spring-fed rivers, and canal systems.
In GTA 6, they serve as high-fidelity environmental immersion. A unique gameplay detail involves boat interactions; Manatees are highly vulnerable to propeller strikes. Injuring these animals while speeding in shallow "no-wake" zones can trigger legal penalties or a Wanted Level for harming a protected species.
