Rockstar Games has not yet released official PC specifications.
Situation Report: While no official data exists, we can accurately project the requirements based on the RAGE 9 engine tech seen in the trailers (Global Illumination, Ray Traced Reflections) and current-gen console architecture.

Why the SSD is non-negotiable
GTA 6 utilizes a new streaming technology to render the high density of Vice City
without loading screens. Mechanical Hard Drives (HDD) will likely cause texture popping and game freezes.
